Our mission is to fight illiteracy through reading. Our objective is to increase reading skills through books. Our goal is to give free books to schools. Our belief is that giving free books to school aged children will develop better reading skills and improve their understanding which will improve the overall education of our children.

Our Project Summary

In the United States one of the basics of literacy is reading. In today’s society of the technical age, reading and comprehension falls behind the images and sounds made from our computerized lifestyles. We have set our sites on improving the ability to read and comprehend. In fact, the more one reads, in the early stages of life, the more one will comprehend and understand later on. The idea of increased reading will be accomplished by providing more reading material to school age children through books containing thought provoking stories, pictures and entertainment values. We are primarily focused on under-privileged children but we will not refuse any child of the ability to improve his or her read skills.

Expected Results

We expect to ship hundreds upon thousands of entertaining, fun reading, thought provoking, and age appropriate books to schools across the country every year. Each recipient school will receive a minimum of one age appropriate book for each child from kindergarten to the twelfth grade. 

Every dollar donated gives two children a book to read.
